Meta Diagnostics (early access)
Meta Diagnostics is currently in early access and only reads data. This guide explains how the connection works today.
1. Who can use it?
Our Meta app has not been through Meta's app review yet, so today the connection only works with businesses that have a role in the app. In the organisation, a user with the owner or admin role can connect it.
2. Connecting
- Settings → Meta connectionEnter the system-user access token you created in Meta.
- Choose the catalogueOne Meta catalogue is chosen per organisation.
- Read from MetaThe 'Read from Meta' button starts the read.
3. What is read?
- The items in Meta and whether they match Catalogtopia products
- Items with errors and the error types (with counts)
- Review statuses (approved, rejected, pending…)
Catalogtopia writes nothing to Meta. What Meta reports does not change the health score.
4. Disconnecting
When you disconnect, the access token is deleted.
