How to read the health score and breakdown on Overview, the Issues page and the affected products.
1. The health score
The health score is between 0 and 100 and is a weighted average of five dimensions: completeness, image coverage, category coverage, attribute coverage and variant coverage. Only measurable dimensions count.
- 80 and above: Healthy
- 50–79: Needs attention
- Below 50: At risk
The score is recomputed after every import; past scores and a trend chart do not exist yet.
2. Rules and severity
Products are checked against 12 rules, each with a severity: critical (for example title missing, malformed price), high (for example image missing or invalid, category missing) and medium (description missing, category attributes missing).
3. The Issues page
Every rule is one line: the issue's name, the number of products it affects and its severity. The tabs at the top filter by severity.
4. Affected products
When you open an issue, the products it affects are listed 25 per page: product, SKU, what was found and when it was first detected.
