Terms of Service

1. Parties

The Service is provided by Serdal Güldap (a natural person; Gülbahçe Mah. Kavas Çıkmazı Sk. No: 6 A, Osmangazi / Bursa, Türkiye). If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

Catalogtopia analyses the product data it receives from your Shopify store or your CSV/XML feed, shows catalogue issues and their root causes, and presents what Meta reports about the Meta catalogue you connect. Meta Diagnostics is currently in early access and only reads data. Writing a product title to Shopify needs a separate, explicit permission and is done only for changes you approve.

The scores and assessments in the Service are Catalogtopia's own analysis; they are not an official assessment by Meta, Shopify or any other platform.

3. Account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and verify your e-mail address.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and access to your account; tell us at once if you notice unauthorised use.
• The Service is for businesses and is not for people under 18.

4. Acceptable use

• You may use the Service only for the stores, feeds and catalogues you are authorised for.
• You must not try to circumvent the Service's security, access other people's data, overload the Service or reverse-engineer it.
• You must not upload unlawful content or infringe third parties' rights.

5. Connected platforms

You start the Shopify and Meta connections; those platforms' own terms also apply. You can disconnect at any time. Changes, outages or decisions on those platforms may affect the related features of the Service.

6. Your data

The product data, images and other content you bring to the Service remain yours. We process them only to provide the Service to you. How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy, and how it is deleted in the Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. When paid plans are offered, prices and terms will be stated clearly in advance; you will not be charged unless you accept them.

8. Providing the Service

We provide the Service with care and keep improving it, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, improve or remove features of the Service; we announce significant changes in advance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the Service. This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may ask at any time for your account to be closed by writing to privacy@catalogtopia.com; the application has no account closing screen today. How to make the request and what can be deleted today: Data Deletion Instructions. If you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or close your account, telling you why.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. An update changes the "Last updated" date at the top of the page; we notify significant changes to your account's e-mail address.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. To the extent permitted by law, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bursa have jurisdiction. The jurisdictional and application rights of consumers and other parties arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.
