PartialThis feature exists in part today. Today there is the last sync time and Sync Health; you start the imports. Scheduled automatic sync is planned.

Feed freshness

Know how fresh your data is.

Catalogtopia keeps each source's last successful sync. If there is no successful sync for seven days, Sync Health says 'Needs attention' — so you do not decide on old data.

  • The last sync time in the top bar
  • Sync health: last successful sync, 30-day success rate
  • 'Needs attention' after seven days without a successful sync

How freshness is tracked

  1. ImportEvery successful import records its time.
  2. Time passesTime since the last successful sync.
  3. Past the thresholdAfter seven days it turns 'Needs attention'.
  4. Import againThe data is refreshed and the status recovers.

Which run succeeded, which failed and how long each took.
